In the previous chapter, I described most parts of this process. I deliberately did this so that I could have sufficient time and space to discuss other critical factors that may affect the profitability of your digital products.

Selling on your own website (self-managed, hosted) is the best way to become your own boss. You set your prices, you set your goals, you set commissions, you set your time to work, and you set and plan the level of profit you want to make.
