The average thickness of the bottle E is 1.2 mm.
LXWXH = <570 Anything smaller than this total dimension is E-flute (software, retail, beauty, food, etc.)
The average thickness of the B-flute is 3.0 mm.

Step 4: Choose the right print type
Print quality affects the presentation and overall appearance of the product packaging.
Here are two main options for printing packaging:
Digital printing is the process of transferring a document on your desktop or any digital storage device to a specific print medium through a device that accepts graphical display and text.
It is perfect for low volume orders and is less expensive than other printing methods. Works best on e-commerce packaging boxes.

Just a reminder, try to keep your artwork as small as possible in terms of details and colors. Simplicity will ensure better print quality when digitally printing.
Too little detail and a lot of digital color will blur the overall quality of the artwork.
You can either search for a digital device uncoated or glossy lacquer (minimal to half-gloss effect)
Offset printing is a printing technique that transfers ink from a plate to a rubber roller (or blanket) and then to paper.
It is common to print large quantities of newspapers, brochures, accessories and magazines, boxes and boxes of the best print quality.
The cost of offset printing is best for high volume orders (> 1000) as it offsets the cost of setting up and changing.

Step 8: Design Skip the prototyping process (especially for large orders)
You’ve come close to creating the perfect packaging! This step is one of the most important parts of the process as it is a way to ensure the quality of your packaging.
Prototyping is recommended (to confirm the structure and printing of the final packaging result).
Imagine receiving 10,000 boxes with the wrong dimension. It will be a catastrophic situation!
The best option is to request a physical CTP proof (for checking the printout) and a non-printed sample (for checking the structure).
Another great option is a custom pattern. This allows you to see how your artwork will fit into the structure (made on a digital digital pattern).
The biggest drawback to custom samples is that they are usually printed in digital form. If you produce an offset for final production, the pattern and final production may not 100% match in color.
In this case, receiving a physical CTP Proof would be better for offset printing because it shows you exactly what will be printed on the box.
Step 9: Production and Shipping
You will have minimal involvement in the last step of this guide. This is the case when the mass of the manufacturer produces the packaging based on all the final specifications.
It is usually the manufacturer who will take care of this part of the process, but you also have the option of taking responsibility for the shipment.
There are three ways you can deliver your products:
- Sea freight (Comes from abroad and is usually the cheapest option for international shipping)
- Air freight (Overseas or local, fastest and most expensive)
- Train or truck (Local)
