I recently had the opportunity to meet Nick Sonnenberg, a telecommuting expert, CEO and company founder Lever, 100 people plus a completely remote company. Studies have shown that it will take at least 20 minutes to enter the flow state where it is most productive, and a single notification or distraction can pull you out of it.
